MACCADAM is an annual event hosted by Polar Pace Plus, a community-based running collective rooted in Lembang. More than just a trail run, it evolves into a curated journey blending outdoor movement with cultural expression through music, art, and community interaction.
In its second edition, TAPAK becomes the central theme — representing every step, mark, and story left along the way.
If the first edition was about the echo, TAPAK is about the evidence — a more defined presence that reflects how the movement grows, connects, and leaves an impact.

Pendaftaran dianggap sah setelah peserta menyelesaikan pembayaran dan konfirmasi diterima dari panitia. Biaya pendaftaran yang sudah dibayar tidak dapat dikembalikan (non-refundable) dengan alasan apapun, termasuk pembatalan dari peserta, ketidakhadiran, force majeure, maupun pembatalan/penundaan event yang disebabkan oleh keadaan di luar kendali penyelenggara.
Peserta menyatakan dalam kondisi fisik prima dan tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit yang dapat membahayakan diri sendiri selama mengikuti 28KM Trail Run. Peserta wajib memberikan informasi medis yang akurat (golongan darah, riwayat medis, kontak darurat) saat pendaftaran.
Panitia BERHAK menolak partisipasi peserta yang dianggap tidak fit pada hari H, dengan atau tanpa pemeriksaan medis.
Race pack hanya dapat diambil oleh peserta yang bersangkutan dengan menunjukkan identitas resmi (KTP/SIM/Paspor) dan bukti registrasi. Race pack yang tidak diambil pada periode RPC dianggap hangus dan tidak dapat dikomplain.
Slot pendaftaran TIDAK dapat dialihkan ke peserta lain. Data peserta (nomor BIB, ukuran jersey, dll.) tidak dapat diubah setelah cut-off date yang ditentukan panitia.
Peserta memahami bahwa Trail Run memiliki risiko cedera, terjatuh, dehidrasi, hipotermia, kontak dengan satwa liar, dan risiko alam lainnya. Peserta bertanggung jawab penuh atas keselamatan dirinya sendiri.
Panitia, sponsor, dan pihak terkait DIBEBASKAN dari segala tuntutan hukum atas cedera, kehilangan barang, kerugian materi/non-materi yang dialami peserta sebelum, selama, dan setelah event berlangsung.
Peserta yang tidak mencapai checkpoint atau finish line sesuai COT yang telah ditentukan WAJIB menghentikan race dan mengikuti instruksi marshal/sweeper. Pelanggaran akan berakibat diskualifikasi.
Dengan mendaftar, peserta MEMBERIKAN izin kepada panitia untuk menggunakan foto, video, nama, dan data hasil race untuk keperluan publikasi, promosi, dan dokumentasi event tanpa kompensasi finansial.
Peserta WAJIB menjaga kebersihan jalur trail. Membuang sampah sembarangan akan berakibat diskualifikasi langsung. Hormati flora, fauna, dan masyarakat sekitar jalur.
Panitia BERHAK mengubah jadwal, jalur, atau membatalkan event tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya akibat keadaan force majeure (bencana alam, pandemi, instruksi pemerintah, kondisi cuaca ekstrem, dll.) tanpa kewajiban refund.
Dengan melanjutkan, peserta menyatakan telah membaca, memahami, dan menyetujui SELURUH ketentuan di atas tanpa pengecualian.
